Pat & Cathy Daly

The First Responder-Hero Education Scholarship was established in 2013 by Pat and Cathy Daly to provide scholarships for Danville-Pittsylvania-Caswell County High School graduates whose parents are armed forces members, veterans, law enforcement officers, or fulltime or volunteer firefighters, with a preference for graduates whose parents were killed or wounded while performing their duties.
